At Hockey Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
